The item came broken. Literally looked like someone sent it from a junkyard. Customer service was horrible with taking care of it and accommodating. It was very expensive for the horrible quality. Beautiful cabinet tho! Took forever to arrive. Doors are super hard to open and close and the doors are attached super uneven. I hade to unassemble everything and reassemble myself!

I am extremely happy with our new buffet. It's prettier than expected and fits well into our decor. It was a liitle difficult installing the legs, due to our advanced age, though, but my husband got the job done. I love it!

Really nice unit. It arrived with damaged hinges and a damaged door handle, but we were able to get the parts at a local hardware store. Wayfair was great about issuing a store credit for the problem. Its a very elegant piece.

Overall I love this cabinet! The first one we received had broken hinges/doors, and a couple other issues. Wayfair was great about sending a new cabinet! I did have to adjust the hinges to align the doors on the new one, but it was easy to adjust the screws. And it’s soft close! Love the look, and ended up exactly what we were looking for!

One of the doors sits lower than the other 3 and won’t close all the way.
