The first delivery, the product was poorly made. There were a lot of areas that was not sanded down properly, and I was worried my kids would get splinters, and there were a lot of chips everywhere. Wayfair was great about getting a replacement sent out. There were still a few chips in the wood, but I just filled those in. The main problem with the replacement was one of the back designs was different from the one I ordered. The assembly on this was a little difficult. It's better if two people work together.

Pretty in person, but the description was not accurate. The height of these chairs floor to seat is 24.2" not 29.5 as originally described. Had to return them.
