This was the only thing delivered, missing the other 2 pieces. Waited 5 weeks for this delivery. Waste of time and money. Super firm. Not possible to soften up.

Ill start off with the positive and say I love the material. Its very soft and the color was perfect. But the cushions are much firmer than I expected. And it is very deep seating. Its definitely a cuddle couch. It would make an even better cuddle couch if the cushions were softer! Really hope they soften up some. The sectional came earlier than expected, however there were no pre drilled holes to attach the legs. That took quite some time. And for a sectional that wasnt really cheep, I expected more.... Ive bought a Darby sectional before and loved it. I have to say this one had some disappointing aspects for sure.

To start we were very disappointed when the delivery came and only two out of the three pieces arrived. Luckily they found the missing piece after a couple days and shipped it out to us immediately. The couch is beautiful in its simplicity. Please note that you must attach the legs and there are no pre-drilled holes so it will take time to measure the areas out so the legs are evenly put it to match one another. For the price of the couch you would think the holes to put the legs on would be done. The material is of excellent quality but note the couch is much lighter than the picture they have for the beige. We knew this as we had seen this couch somewhere else previously. The seating is very deep but very firm which I’m sure in time will give a bit. The clips used to join the pieces up do not match up properly but can be unscrewed so that you can screw it in its proper place for aligning. Even with the mishaps I love the couch.

Love this sectional! Such great quality. The seats are extremely deep. Just what i wanted. So incredibly comfortable. So far the material is holding up great, even with the dog rolling and scratching! No pills or tears. Expect it to last a very long time
