Lit plateforme tapissier avec rangement Fink

Actually this bed is broken with in a month. In the website description they have mentioned that it can hold upto 550 pounds but my wife and I not even more than 400 pounds but it broken with in a month. I have been trying to get the replacement for this but still no luck. I like wayfair their customer care representatives are really nice and warm. but still not getting right thing. Maybe a manager can help me out in this case.
