Agrim Upholstered L-Shaped Sectional Symmetrical

I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the sectional. I ordered it back in September. I received half of everything with so many pieces missing. I was told to just throw that one away and I would receive the item brand new with all parts. Instead on October 18th 3 weeks after the original order I received just the love seat part and 7 legs. The couch part was supposed to had been delivered on October 23rd. I waited a week to reach out to Wayfair. After I reached out they updated the couch shipping to DECEMBER 29!!! They claim the other half is on back order. I asked to simply just give me a refund and was told they can not because I already have a shipping date which is 2 months from the 2nd shipment date. This is very poor service and I would not recommend ordering anything from this site.

I hate everything about wayfair you guys are inconsiderate and do not communicate well I will not be a returning customer

Very small more like for a small space .. hooks was hard to connect.

Difficult to put together the latches are horrible they arent even real latches

Arrived with marks on it smaller than expected and hard to put together but does look good when done
