Well-made, beautiful chair looks beautiful in my husband’s den

This chair looks good. It was easy to put together. However, it has a couple of major drawbacks. First, it is stiff and feels a bit like plastic. Also, the lumbar support part of the back jets too far out which forces you to sit up in an unnatural - uncomfortable - way, and pushes the thighs way forward. It also doesn't roll well. Again, stiff. I am returning. I found one a lot cheaper and far more comfortable at a local store that I was able to test out first. I have decided that an office chair is not a good mail-order item.

Had this chair for almost 5 months now. Easy to assemble would be the only pros to this chair. Needs better packaging. Once unpacked, I notice the chair had a couple of small punctures. I kept it anyways, though I do regret the decision. Its not a comfortable chair to sit on. Looks nice, but when you have to actually sit on it for long periods of time, not pleasant.

I like the look of, but disappointed in faux leather and very firm seat
