Desserte Metro 66 po, finition Macadamia

My mom bought this and we are returning it. There’s no damage on the furniture and the delivery guys were ok, but the furniture looks quite different from what it shows in the image here. The color is darker (maple or rather red brown-ish) and the varnish doesn’t look good as good as in the image. The quality of the wood also doesn’t look as good. I'm adding to my previous review here: So I tried to return this "large parcel", and Wayfair makes it super difficult. They rescheduled the return pick up twice, and completely ignore customer's schedule. The time window (of like 6 hours or more) are useless. They said Sunday afternoon works for the pickup, so I scheduled it and rearranged my other plans, then on Sunday MORNING the driver called me saying they are 5 minutes away when I wasn't even home. I called the Customer service and complained as this was my second time scheduling for a pick up. Now they said Sunday afternoon doesn't work for pickup. I'm like... what??? You say that now? Also, they then again, RESCHEDULE the pickup in another three days..... I regret buying this furniture from Wayfair. Their service is awful.
