Nice, sturdy, chairs. A few holes were misaligned but wasn't a big deal. Color is a little darker than I preferred but I think the color will be ok. The seat color is nice and the material seems very sturdy for young grandkids.

Love the stools! Sturdy and super comfortable! Great value!

Poor quality wood material

This review has nothing to do with the product. The product is beautiful and great quality. My review is on the my customer service experience with Wayfair. I received chairs but noticed missing parts in the box and called Wayfair to see if they would send me additional parts to assemble my chairs. According to Wayfair's policy I reported issue to late and there was nothing they could do. So I spent over $600 for some chairs I can't even assemble. Customer service response timing was unacceptable, lack of effort to attempt to resolve this issue, and I expected more from Wayfair when it came to customer experience. I felt like they did not want to help. I will not be purchasing again from them.
