Table basse Rigney Plantation

I received the table with a broken glass top that I reported immediately. I requested a refund due to the broken glass top - I was given the option for a replacement glass top and a personal representative to monitor the replacement process. Now, more than a month later having not received the replacement glass top nor a potential replacement date I find that the website NO longer allows access any refund option. I am now left with a $400 table that is completely useless. So beware of the help from the "personal Wayfair representative" that will string you along until you can not receive a refund or replacement for a broken item. Now about the item: it was wrapped in minimal cardboard packaging and shipped from the Philippines via Ground Freight-not the most gentle of handlers. A Beautiful Table that I would l love to have with its glass top.
