I am very disappointed with this sectional. I had ordered fabric swatches which arrived quickly but then the furniture was out of stock for months, which I understood, it was during the pandemic. Finally I ordered and it took a couple of months but actually arrived sooner than promised. We have an elevated house because we are on the coast and the delivery guys wouldn’t bring the couch upstairs because I didn’t pay for that service but I wasn’t given the option when I purchased. So I had to hire someone to bring it in the house. Upon unpacking and setting up the sofa I saw that the slip covers were poorly made. On the sections that hook together, the slip covers cannot extend all the to the bottom edge of the furniture because it would cover the hardware, but instead of the slip cover extending down partway between the furniture with a finished edge, it’s just cut off right behind the seam. It will continue to wear and unravel. The slipcovers fit poorly and are very loose. In addition, the hardware that connects the chaise to the other section is not lined up well. With the cushions (which are nice) on, the sectional looks ok. After setting up the sofa I immediately called Wayfair and the customer service rep said she would send new slip covers. A few days later I received a call saying that the manufacturer said the slip covers were supposed to be loose so you can tuck them in () and that the covers are supposed to be cut off behind the seam where the pieces connect. This is completely unacceptable workmanship. After three or maybe four calls to Wayfair they agreed to give me a substantial store credit or I could return the sectional. I had already made arrangements to give away my old furniture and I don’t know what all would have been involved in returning it so I accepted the store credit. All of the customer service reps were very nice, no complaints there. With the cushions the sectional looks acceptable and it’s comfortable but the workmanship is very shoddy. I would not purchase this again and I don’t recommend it to anyone else. credit credit.

I like the sectional a lot, however the attachments weren’t installed correctly (they need to be one facing up and one down to hook together, it came both the same direction) so we had to fix it. I don’t like that the couch is super uncomfortable if you sit on the seam where two sections meet. There’s a board in the way that you can feel. Other than that it’s very comfortable. The slipcovers wash well, but they shed on the inside like crazy! So you pull them off and there are fabric bits and lint everywhere! Hoping that diminishes with multiple washings. Overall we are very happy with it. Pro tip if you need extra pieces you can buy them individually even though the website doesn’t list that!!
