So disappointing for the cracks in wood . Hole in one of the legs . The screw on one leg is too short and is drilled in crooked . Two of the feet for the bottom are un even . So upset this was very expensive I cannot even get it together due to the short leg

Five stars for the delivery guys who were efficient and helpful. The bookcase looks good—finish is very smooth and clean. But the delivery experience was outstanding.

The wood appears more glossy in the photo than in person. However, these are great and beautiful shelves which are very well built. They are easy to assemble—one bookcase should take about 10 minutes to put together.

Sadly, the bookcase's quality falls short. There are very apparent rough spots on the wood's surface and the stain does not cover in a number of places. I managed to disguise the missing stain with a Guardsman pen, but there is nothing I can do about the rough spots which are on both sides of the top rails.

We love this bookcase so much that we bought a second one as well. Really great quality, solid hard wood, perfect design & size. Love the lip on the shelves. So sturdy . . . can't say enough how pleased we are that they are better than expected!
