These chairs are very good looking - a bit hard to put together, but very pretty. UPDATE: These chairs broken down in the seat area very quickly and the fabric started to rip - and they weren't used that much at all. Pros: Great value Cons: Very hard to put together

I'm submitting an update to my prior review. Again, one chair came with everything and it was easy to put together, good quality. The other chair was missing 2 front legs - they sent me back legs instead. I have to say, this company has some serious quality control issues. The only way to get in touch with the parts department is via email - I was unable to talk to a live human about it. When I followed up a week later after submitting my information, I was told that the parts manager had been away and if I submit my info they will process the request - so basically they hadn't done anything in the previous week. I would recommend Wayfair no longer carry their products, no matter how cheap because their poor customer service could impact Wayfair's good name.

Oh I fell in love with these chairs the moment that I saw them online and even more so when they arrived at my home. The Light green accents in the flowers matched my light green sofa perfectly! Pros: Caught them on sale for a great price! Cons: The chairs arrived without the legs with the predrilled holes to attach them and I had to contact the manufacturer to have them sent to me. Bit of a bummer because I couldn't display both chairs at the same time.
