Rien a dire tout était parfait

The leg cracked while putting it together. Contacted manufacturer and they wanted to replace the item but with original or similar packing and then bring it to FedEx. I threw the box out because I liked it not anticipating parts would break. It was such a small part they should have just sent that piece.

I thought I put a review here to let you know that the throw pillows and other parts are inside the arm rests. Fabric feels like a stuffed animal, soft to the touch. Pillows will need to be fluffed , I put in dryer to expand bit more. I still need to put it together. Ottoman was a breeze.

Love it! Easy assembly and comfortable! Exactly what I wanted!

It is exactly how I visioned it to be very comfortable, durable and plenty of storage. But most of all it is a great foot ottoman!
