Received this 2 days ago. Shipping was very fast. The first thing that jumped out at me was the instruction manual - First, the instruction manual needs a vast improvement. Most of the instructions are diagrams (there should be diagrams AND printed text). Second, the diagrams are small (I needed a magnifying glass at some steps). Everything needs to be enlarged and in bolder print. - I found that 2 piece stickers were mis-labeled and that was evident in the instruction manual when, as I was going along, I came across some piece stickers that were, manually, put on over others. For the product itself (after assembly completion which, by the way, took me about 3 hours). - It looks really nice and it does have weight. Much of it, if not all, is particle board. It would have been nice if 2 additional shelves were included, for a total of 4, along with additional shelf holders (there was plenty of room to make additional shelf holes). Be careful not to get the door hinges mixed up. They are very similar. All in all, the finished product is decent looking and the flames are satisfying.

Nice fireplace console love the antique gray color! Log display is ok not realistic looking but fine. Did come with a broken piece for attaching log display to cabinet. Easy to assemble however some screw holes were misaligned but worked out. Has a remote gives off nice heat. Overall nice piece of furniture.

I was not sure what to expect when I first opened the box and the smorgasbord of nuts, bolts, and screws. I am so glad I had help when it came to putting this together because it is definitely not a solo job. It took us about 2hrs to put this together. The finished project was better than I expected. I’ve only been able to use it a couple times and it heats up the living room pretty well. Worth the buy but I highly recommend paying the extra to have it put together.

Initially, I gave a 2 star review because of the delivery. The person that made the delivery was capable however, they left it leaning against the closest building….not my apartment at all. I had to take all the pieces out of the box because I wasnt able to move it on my own. But…I finally got it put together and I really like it! I upped to a three because the delivery was atrocious and it took several hours to put together (because it’s just me) but the product was easy to put together…just took time. It’s really nice. I like it..

This fireplace looks so good! It is gray which fits perfectly into my house’s aesthetic. I had an easy time putting the console together and was able to do so by myself in about 1.5 hours. The fireplace has a few different features that you can set including adjusting the brightness level of the ‘flames’, a heating feature that you can turn the temperature up or down, a timer feature, as well as a speed feature for the flickering of the flames. Really excited to use the heating feature now that the weather is getting cooler at night. This fireplace is going to create great ambiance for evenings curled up on the couch with a good book!
