Very uncomfortable Unable to sit on it for long period of times

First of all I could not submit my review on the email you sent so I'm trying it here. This is a very attractive and convenient item when you need more seating but you're not have more space. Resting on a corner of the rug in my client's home, it completes the sectional area and is so attractive and so well priced.

Ottoman itself is very nice and comfortable 4-stars based on how long it took to actually receive the pair that we ordered (first two that we had received, relatively timely, were both damaged.. when the replacement order was processed, only one shipped.. second ottoman was then back-ordered.. when all was said and done, we waited about 6 months to receive two undamaged chairs).
