I purchased 3 of them because I really like the product, the only negative thing is that all 3 were damaged, and the thought of trying to send it all back would have been a major headache. They weigh 65 lbs. It took me hours to repair enough to just put it together, so I have to live with the damaged furniture.

Gave it one star only because of Wayfair’s customer service. I recommended they discontinue this product. It’s not worth the money. Aside from the ridiculous assembly instructions, there are small metal flaps that you have to bend in order to keep some of the drawer parts on. When you bend them, they aren’t large enough to keep the part attached securely and when you try to re-bend them for a more secure attachment, the metal either becomes compromised or crimps which exacerbates the problem. Hard to show in a photo but attached one anyway. Overall this is a cheap product and certainly not worth the over $400 price tag.

I would have done 5 stars, but sadly only 3 …. Firstly, lots of damage, bent pieces on both drawer sets (we ordered 2) -( Luckily my hubby was able to addressstraighten some of it Wafair has agreed to replace one of the panels. A discount for our troubles would have be helpful. Secondly, the diagramsinstructions leave one guessing as to where ALL the screws go… yes, we have a LOT of extras, plus lots of little plastic screw type plugs. We do NOT know what they’re for -) - Over all, the aesthetics of the drawers are lovely a great fit for our intended purpose. The best made part of them seems to be the sliding part the drawers sit on. Really wish there were other color choices too.

This rating is based on the product at delivery - it was damaged beyond repair, so I am currently waiting on replacement pieces, or another solution. The metal is very thin (which was somewhat expected) the box was damaged which bentcrushed the metal sides and hardware pack was open, so pieces were everywhere. This is the first product I’ve ordered from Wayfair that has been a huge disappointment.
