My review is based on shipping related and not on actual product since I haven't built the item yet. Will update when I do. Wayfair had "white glove delivery" listed on this item which is a main reason why I purchased. White Glove means the delivery crew delivers it to your chosen room, builds it, then takes the box and garbage out for you. So I was excited for this that I don't have to worry about buolding something so large with glass and would relieve a lot of stress for me. Well, I received a call from Wayfair a day prior to delivery stating that the delivery guys will not build this product because it's a "flat pack." So it was misleading to me. Then when they do deliver, the guys I'm sure didn't mean to but one of them carrying a box turned and hit my brand new glass Christmas LED globe and it shattered on the floor. The other guy could have been his "spotter" to help direct but that didn't happen. Right now, I'm dealing with a claim on that. I'll update when this hall tree can be built. Hopefullu nothing is broken with the product. So far, my luck is not going well with this one.
