It’s a really nice table but the quality is 35. The back bench doesn’t hold up well and it arrived with minor cracks in the empty storage bench compartment.

All 4 Legs are not the same for the table. The other legs for chair and benches are not as sturdy as one would expect

Total disaster! We had to get two complete sets to cobble together one. Also, neither set was actually like the photos with benches that also extend (although ours flip up for storage). First set table top was maligned, holes were drilled in wrong places (some then covered over with the upholstery) and many of the brackets either misaligned or broken. The wood was obviously finished after the assembly holes were drilled making it impossible to get the hardware in with the dried varnish. The legs on the second set looked like they were a completely different color finish and we had much of the same misalignment and broken bracket issue. The only was to save this set was luckily to get the replacement to use for pieces and parts to make one stable set. Still nervous about one of the benches! Such a bummer because the table expander is really clever and the set was exactly the unique setup needed for our narrow dining area.

As a long time customer, it is devastating to feel that I got sent what looks like returned, damaged items. The chairs are wobbly - right out of the box, the bottom had markings of the metal plate, clearly it had been assembled/disassembled before. The table, which I received pre-assembled except for legs, is misaligned when leaves are folded. Backed Bench is damaged in several places- tear in fabric, broken hinge, loose screw point. The
