Armoire Saziye

Very disappointed with wayfir. This is my second time buying things on this website. The first time I bought a shoe cabinet, and it was also broken when it was delivered. This time I bought a wardrobe, and I really liked that wardrobe, but it was also broken when it was delivered. Later we contacted customer service, and they said that in fact some of the things had not been delivered, which I didn't know, because the wardrobe was very large, so we asked friends to have dinner together during the Thanksgiving holiday and help assemble the wardrobe. As a result, we found out that it was broken after opening it. Later we called customer service, and they delivered everything the next day, including the broken part of the wardrobe. After that, we asked friends to assemble the wardrobe again, but found that all the hardware accessories of the wardrobe were missing, because the wardrobe was very large, which made the house very messy. We called customer service again and told them that there was no hardware, and hoped that they would deliver the hardware accessories the next day. Moreover, this was the second time we asked friends to help, but the wardrobe was still not assembled because there was no hardware accessories. This time we were very angry, and the customer service said that all they could do was to help us return the wardrobe. We wasted our time on this wardrobe on Thanksgiving and did nothing. They also made a huge mess in my house and the solution from customer service was to have us repack all the opened items and return them. No company could be worse than them. I will never buy anything from this company again. It is terrible

This armoire is made of flimsy particle board and disintegrated when a screw was drilled into it. The white veneer coating chipped off during the assembly. Rip off!!!

This item is very functional. One has to be sure that all the parts are in good order and are solid.
