Très beau et bien fait

I loved this unit. So cute and fits the room so well. Matches the coastal style.

One piece had a connection reversed and could not be used. We immediately contacted wayfair. We were under a time crunch because we were setting up a rental. Wayfair stated the replacement piece would be prioritized. Instead they sent an email which repeated the installation instructions. We respinded back that since the connection was glued in wrong the instructions could not be followed. Then a couple days later they sent another email stating that they assumed their instructions solved our issue and they cancelled the replscement part...More emails, more calls..Finally it would be too late to receive a part so my husband just had to screw that side together and we tried to hide it towards the wall. I then asked for a full refund. A week after we left, a full 5 weeks after receiving the piece, our old neighbor called us that we received a delivery. It was the replacement piece. And no apology or refund. My advice? If a piece comes damaged or incomplete, return it immediately. Do not expect good service.

My son and I put this TV stand together fairly easily. It took 35 minutes and required no tools except for a Phillips head screwdriver for the anti-tip restraint. It was a little tricky getting the sides attached, but one has only to slide up from the wide part to the narrow part to lock the sides into place at the top and bottom. It was a little tricky keeping the sides open for those portions where we needed them open to connect the sections. The top is heavy and it is overall quite sturdy. The wood has a pleasant smell and the doors are a nice touch. The black wood grain is elegant and the finish is shiny. The TV stand came well-packed but there were scratches on the top that led me to remove a star.

Great product! Bringing a cozy, organic vibe with seagrass paneling paired with oak toned wood. It softens the look of traditional wood while adding a laid-back feel. The natural seagrass adds texture.
