Great couch! Cushions are true to the “Cloud Couch” name. However I would have liked the back cushions to be a little more plush.

this couch came in 3 boxs. so everything was tucked into each other. I was annoyed with delivery as it did not show up to my door. but to a store. Which i had to go and gather it. Aside from that. the install was pretty easy. The material is nice and sturdy. the innerds are a interesting material. it is stiff but not enough support. the back board of the couch is flimsy. My husband leaned back on it to adjust his position, and we can hear the cracks. each section is individual and thin. so i do question the longevity of this couch. Im keeping it, only because its part of the guest area with little to no activity. So the price tag was right for a filler. but if it was part of a main room. I would not keep it. Buy the warranty, that should give peace of mind.

Real nice, Comfortable couch.

I like it. The material is lightweight but the foam space where we sit is not little small.
