Extremely complicated and difficult to put together. The directions have been challenging to read and make sense of. Still trying to put it together and it’s been a few hours of work.

Did not come with the ottoman and took forever to put together. It took my brother hours. Pieces were missing

A decent size couch it’s more of a cream color. It was worth the price. It’s pretty easy to remove any stain you might create.

Great couch, love the color looks great in my new apartment in Temecula very modern and as shown in pictures. I’m giving a two stars because if you want to lose your mind multiple times and spend 8 hours in agony trying to figure out how to put it togetherbecause the video and instructions are so bad, then get it.

This order was my first time ordering large furniture from Wayfair. I have purchased decorative items, wall art, etc... and was always very pleased with the products. I figured furnishing my new apartment will be easier by using Wayfair and their huge selection. I spent time looking for a sofa, dark blue/navy blue specifically, and when I found this one, I was excited! The color was right, the size was right and the ottoman that can be moved how I want to use it was just the icing on the cake. I ordered this couch with full confidence, excited for it to arrive. The couch arrived and I recruited my father, a retired contractor, to help me with the assembly. The ottoman was the first and easiest item we assembled. I was impressed by the size of it, how comfortable it was and the look of it. I was more excited now for the couch. That's where everything went downhill...fast! Opening the packaged seat and back cushions, I was a little worried by how thin they appeared. I knew they were compressed, so I reserved judgement until they "puffed out". Now, the instructions...the instructions from hell! Seriously Wayfair, I know you sell products from other companies and manufacturers, but do you do any quality control or inspection of the products, instructions, etc.. that you are advertising to people? The instructions for this couch look like a toddler put them together. There were literally no written, step by instructions on how to assemble this couch. There were pictures with arrows and circles that vaguely showed you were they were supposed to go. There was A LOT of guess work in this assembly. The only information that was clear was the listing of what hardware (screws, washers, etc.) was needed for each step. Other than that, it was a lot of guessing, question asking, putting together and taking apart and trying to understand the useless pictures. Then came the actual parts of the couch; the support metal, the seating platforms, etc. This is where quality control failed miserably. I have NEVER seen a product where so many holes for attaching pieces did not line up. The crude assembly pictures showed where holes were SUPPOSED to be, but many were not in the right place. There was a lot of time spent scrutinizing the pieces, if we put them them together properly and many, many instances of undoing what we did and trying again. I also found it hilarious that this was all to be done with an allen key. Luckily, we had a drill and it did make things a little easier...but not by much. There was also a QR code included which linked to a video to assist with assembly. This video was absolutely ridiculous and did nothing to help with the assembly. You can see it was sped up, showing the assembly, with absolutely no commentary or explanation on what was being done. It was shot on someone's phone without getting proper angles to show what was being done, AND the person on the video was also using a drill, not the allen key. Assembly, in a nut shell, was a nightmare. FINALLY, the couch was assembled and the cushions were put into place, and I sat on it. The seating was incredibly uncomfortable, feeling the wood platform through the seating cushion, which I was worried looked too thin. The back support was very poor and the overall look of the couch was cheap. It definitely does not look or feel like a couch over $1000 dollars. I am extremely disappointed with the couch and I will be returning it. The only positive thing I can say about this couch is that the ottoman is great. The 1 star I'm giving this is solely for the ottoman. Do your research and shop around. I cannot stress enough, do not buy this couch.
