Beautiful dresser but,2 and a half hour professional assembly

Gift for granddaughter and she loves it for her new bedroom

One of the drawers was defected. The screw wouldn’t tighten in the hole. There were also pieces missing so I wasn’t able to put the last 2 drawers together. Being that this was my first purchase with Wayfair, I was extremely disappointed.

Took a long time to assemble. I was expecting a new product but received a used product with stainsmarkings on it other than so far good

I made this purchase for my 12 y/o daughter as a Christmas gift because she wanted a room makeover. I searched for days looking for a drawer that would fit her needs without breaking my pockets. I settled on this one based off reviews, ratings and pictures. I also paid for assembly, which was worth the money. Wayfair uses Angi to schedule a date and time for someone to assemble. First, the item arrived on time, box intact, nothing damaged, and nothing was missing. Everything inside the box was packed very well. I scheduled for assembly at 7am. The person hired was a little late but he did inform me that he was running late. The box the drawer comes in is HEAVY!! He moved the box upstairs to the room it needed to be in. It took him about 3 1/2 hours to put the dresser together. It would've probably taken me longer to do so for me paying for summertime to assemble it was worth it to me. The color of the dresser is a true white color. It seems to be sturdy enough to last a few years. It's heavy but not too heavy. My only gripe about the dresser is that the drawers are a little off and that creates a slight gap. I don't think it was due to wrong assembly. I think it is due to defects/how it was made. It's not too noticeable to where it takes away from the functionality of the dresser. The drawers still open and close with no issue. The drawers are spacious and offer plenty of space for clothing. However, I wouldn't overstuff or put heavy items in them. Overall, my daughter loves the dresser. I just wish the drawers actually fit better without the gaps!!
