Product arrived intact with no missing parts. Assembly entailed screwing the 4 legs to the base on and velcroing the cushion to the base. Overall this piece looks and feels flimsy. The plastic legs feel like they are going to break and the cushion material feels cheap. For my couch, I would have preferred a slightly wider ottoman...this one feels just a bit too small. The height is good though.

I purchased this ottoman to go with the accent swivel chair from the same brand. While they look like they match from the Wayfair photos, the fabric and color differ slightly. The ottomans are also poorly made. The tab that pulls up the storage compartment came away from the ottoman the first time I used it. Also, the cushions on top of the ottoman are thin and still haven’t fully inflated after a week

Ottoman is accurate in size, color, and fabric. The storage space is large and the cushion is very large and soft, even after being vacuum sealed. My cats love it. Would buy again.
