Purchased for my elderly mom and the seat cushion is just too hard, no lower back support and when you try to raise the legs it reclines the back too much, we are sending this back unfortunately, I was hopeful. the chair is small and fit her ok and she is only 5'4, if she was any taller the back would not be tall enough for support on her head.
