Just as described, it really is nice and swivels well. It’s a little bit yellowish in color because it’s beige not exact cream but still looks great

It’s big and cozy. Great for curling up with the cat. Easy to build!

This chair is disappointing. If you sit in it like a regular chair, your back won’t reach the back of the chair. To really sit, I have to have my knees on the seat so my legs stick out in front of me. Also, the chair tilts ever so slightly as you move around because it is so much wider than the swivel base. Also, there is something about the cushion - it’s not soft or thick like a normal upholstered chair. This chair looks just like the photo, which is a plus, but it’s just not good for casual sitting. If you want to put your feet up, it’s more cozy, but I really don’t want guests to feel like they have to put their feet on the furniture to feel comfortable. I wanted to return it, but because the cushion is memory foam that is shipped compressed, it won't fit back in the same box it came in. And Wayfair makes you pack it back up and pay for shipping ($75) to return it. So I think we'll just use it through the holidays and then maybe I'll try to sell it locally.
