I love my new sideboard. It’s beautiful, minimalistic and well built. The legs have adjusting glides to level on an uneven floor. The gold detail on the legs adds a nice touch and the wood grain looks even all around. Drawers and doors slide easily with a soft close. 1010

This sideboard looks great but it’s not perfect. First, it’s really short for a sideboard; it’s more of a media console. Second, the hardware for the legs made no sense. The included washers were huge and the bolts stuck out visibly from the bottom. Luckily, the hardware is not required because the legs slot in securely into the base. And third, the inside of the drawers and cabinets is just MDF (no wood veneer, just printed plastic coating). So they cut that corner. Overall, the piece looks great from the outside, and the outside wood finish is quality, but at this price point it really should have been better.
