I love the kitchen island. It was missing a small piece of hardware that went on the shelf. I contacted Wayfair to get the tiny piece, but they had to ship me an entire new island and told me to take out the part I needed and they would pick up what I didn't need. It seemed to me such a waste of effort of their part, but I did need the hardware because it was noticeable that it was missing. I thank them very much.
