The back of the chair where the head goes could be more cushioned. The USB Ports and buttons should be on the outside of the chair, not the inside where your body is. That placement means you can easily damage a USB device you plug in and accidentally hit buttons when you don't intend to.

Mostly good! The arms arent long enough to allow my elderly mother to get up without discomfort. If the cupholders werent there and the arms filled that space, it would be a five star!

Has everything we were needing. Massage and heat are awesome after a hard days work. Very comfortable and sturdy. Would recommend to my friends for a man cave gift.
