Desserte Amalfi

one of the most beautiful pieces I’ve gotten from Wayfair! The wood is solid and heavy, the design is way prettier in person than online. It is taller than it looks as others have noted, but the amount of storage makes it worth it. Stylish mid century modern style. I’d had my eye on this one for a while and so glad I finally pulled the trigger!

Beautiful sideboard. Very happy with this purchase.

It’s a usable piece of furniture. However, it is made of fairly cheap particle board and continues to shed even after completing the build. I’d rather spend a few more bucks on something made to last with some weight to it.

There were too many small defects to give this a 3. Backing did not fit properly, causing more cracks when screwed in. And the back looks rough. I know backs are often hidden but this one is pretty bad. Small cracks and scuffs all over the top and sides as well. Handle applied by manufacturer not straight. I was too tired too take it apart again so just took the discount instead of returning. But I would not recommend this piece to a friend.
