Make sure you have a wall anchor to attach this to the wall! It didn’t come with one, but it definitely should have. The product feels flimsy- I wanted to hang my work bag and my kids’ backpacks on it, but I’m afraid the weight is going to make it topple forward… It also came a little scratched, although it’s on the handle part of the bench so it’s not obvious enough to deal with the hassle of sending it back.

The hall tree is very sturdy. It has worked wonderfully in my entryway. My busy family drops book bags, shoes and coats on this tree.

Had to return it because it was cracked all over and some of the wood veneer scratched up. Don't expect much from a bamboo hall tree. Two stars because at least Wayfair made return easy.

Overall good item. Easy to put together, but the pre drilled holes from the manufacturer weren’t deep enough for the screws provided, so we had to use a drill bit to make them deep enough to allow the screws to penetrate deep enough to secure the pieces and become flush with the wood panels.

This hall tree is perfect for my space. Coming into the family room everything was landing on our dining table. Now, this beautiful tree has solved the problem. I like the openness of the rack whic keeps the space from looking cluttered.
