Make sure you have a wall anchor to attach this to the wall! It didn’t come with one, but it definitely should have. The product feels flimsy- I wanted to hang my work bag and my kids’ backpacks on it, but I’m afraid the weight is going to make it topple forward… It also came a little scratched, although it’s on the handle part of the bench so it’s not obvious enough to deal with the hassle of sending it back.

Had to return it because it was cracked all over and some of the wood veneer scratched up. Don't expect much from a bamboo hall tree. Two stars because at least Wayfair made return easy.

The hall tree is very sturdy. It has worked wonderfully in my entryway. My busy family drops book bags, shoes and coats on this tree.
