This thing is baaad. Instructions are fine. Missing screw. Then the shelves didn’t have pilot holes. Eventually support will get back to you after trying the email, online form and text number which while incorrectly formatted actually worked. But the only reply I got was “good morning”. The quality is super poor. See attached photos just too many things to describe. The best way to describe it is that they had a bunch of parts leftover and made this.
