Lit tapissier complet Appleton

Two boxes out of three came broken. The foot rail and side rails all broken. Headboard was fine. Sent everything back with the delivery guys and called customer service and everything was resolved.

Wayfair delivered the wrong color bed. I was told if I wanted a replacement, I’d need to ship back the one I received, before they’d send the correct color. I told them they can pickup this one when they delivered the correct color, which sadly I was told they couldn’t do. So because of their mistake, Im supposed to sleep on the floor for weeks. Terrible customer service! Trying to escalate the issue, but so far have not received a fair resolution.

The bed is amazing. I ordered a 7” box spring and a 12” mattress. It came with a broken piece that came off the side board but thankfully we didn’t need it. Assembly was really easy. It took about 20 minutes to put together with the help of my Husband. Maybe a 4” box spring would help the mattress sit in the bed frame a bit more but my Husband and I play football a lot so waking up and having to put so much pressure on our knees and feet to get out of the bed is not what we wanted.

The bed is beautiful. It looks large and expensive without being ostentatious. It looked black but the wood is actually more of an espresso, which was a nice surprise. The backboard is velvet and a true neutral beige. There were a few small dents in it but I am hoping that is due to shipping and it will withstand use overtime. Just a note: It does require a box spring!

Easy to assemble and looks exactly like the pictures.
