Nice couch for the price. I’m a single female and was able to put it together. The only thing I don’t like is it slides apart very easily on bare floor.

For a couch under 1,000, we are stoked. We had a smaller space to work with and after looking at hundreds of couches online, we ended up going with this one due to the size and color options. .

★★☆☆☆ I wanted to love this sectional because it looks great and is very comfortable at first. Unfortunately, we had a significant quality issue. When the sofa arrived, one of the backrests could not be installed because the attachment hardware was misaligned. To Wayfair’s credit, they sent a replacement backrest shortly after delivery. However, the sectional began having the same problem within weeks. Over time, the backrest became increasingly loose, the attachment system damaged the fabric and mounting area in the base, and the backrest now leans backward and no longer stays secured. This appears to be a design or manufacturing issue with the attachment system itself rather than an isolated defective part. Replacing the backrest did not solve the problem because the same failure re-occurred. It slowly began to progressively sag over time The sectional is visually attractive and comfortable, but anyone considering this buy should be aware that the backrest attachment may not be durable over time. If you’re considering this sofa, I would pay close attention to how the backrests connect to the base and inspect those areas carefully after assembly. After less than a year of ownership, the sofa is no longer usable as intended.

I did love the sectional didn’t realize that the cushions were not gonna last and Wayfair doesn’t honor their warranty or either did Allstate. I have photographs of conversations, and how they’ve transferred me and also told me that they would contact me back, RETHINK PURCHASING from a company who doesn’t honor call back bad business.

This couch is very comfy, however the zippers on the cushions and pillows break easily. The first time we washed the main couch cushion cover this happened. Now ultimately we need a new couch after I a little over a year. Very disappointed
