OK, so looking at this chair, it looks very soft and comfortable. While the seat itself does have a little bit of give, it’s actually a very hard seat. The arms are a little wide and far apart that I have to put pillows in between me and the arms just so that I have a little bit of arm support. The foot rest doesn’t really work well for tall people. Just for reference I’m 5’11. The wheels do not lock in place. The seat does not lock in place to keep it from spinning. The one thing that I do like is the back of the chair. It is super supportive. I really liked the little airbag that’s in. It gives me the exact lumbar support that I’m looking for. The massaging portion of the chair is a pillow that detaches from it and all it does is vibrate nothing too special about it. It has a USB port, but no charging cube so you would have to supply your own cube. i’m actually really disappointed with this purchase and my hunt for the perfect chair continues

Color is as tad darker (which I prefer). Chair is extremely comfortable, be careful when using recliner option as you may end up taking an unscheduled nap. Well made easy to assemble and packaged with care. This is my favorite siiing chair! Love it

Like it so far! Took about 40 minutes to assemble alone. Maybe others could do it faster but thats what it took for me. Comfy. Be sure to adjust the lumbar with the pump. Enjoying the leg rest as well. Nice upgrade

This is a very uncomfortable chair. It leans forward and the right arm has broken.

This is perfect for ME, but I do not think it is appropriately labeled “big and tall.” I am a 5’2’’ woman and needed a new, “large” chair at my office so I could bring my baby to work with me and let them sleep comfortably against me while I work (I have a whole little set up with a boppy pillow — it worked beautifully with my first kiddo). So if you're truly “big and tall” looking for a large chair, maybe keep looking. If you’re a smaller-statured working mother and need the arm rests, recline & footrest features, and comfort of a larger-than-you chair, especially for bringing baby to work with you, this is your chair!
