Firm but comfortable! The pillows are very plush and I like the feeling of the fabric. It seems like it'll hold up to wear and tear well. Though I haven't had it for long so I guess we will see!

Very happy with the chaise. It is comfortable, but there was some threads loose at the corner of the chaise upon arrival.
