I ordered white and gray was delivered. It arrived in 3 large boxes and the color was not noticed until a hired handyman was assembling the product. To box it up, and ship it was impossible at this point. The handyman needed to be paid regardless. Guests were coming and time was an issue.

The product arrived without a an assembly guide instructionsof any sort. I contacted Wayfair twice and they said they would order it, but, they didn’t succeed in getting it. Later, I called Wayfair and they could not find the guide anywhere on their site or the manufacturers site either. Thankfully, Wayfair is working on refunding me. Representative who took the call, completely understand that not having assembly instructions for a complicated product is not the way to do business.

Very solid. It works great. When it arrived there was a blemish on two panel but Wayfair was awesome and they replaced them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the Bestar 57W Full Murphy Cabinet Bed with a pull-out drawer is a very good space saving bed for our guest room with the stylish appearance, and the convenience of the pull-out drawer. While the assembly was a bit challenging and time-consuming, and it is rather heavy. Once we got it in place and together the product sturdy and comfortable.
