Item arrived fast and intact. All parts were included and instructions were well written and easy to follow. Gifted this to a family friend and she absolutely loves it. It took about 1hr and 30 minutes to put together, with an assistant. I recommend!

My son is very happy with his new bed. We replaced a black metal bed that squeaked constantly. My 14 year old was able to assemble quite a bit on his own. The headboard is so nice soft. He said its really comfortable when sitting up in bed also said his mattress is more comfortable on the bowed wooden slats. It looks great. Much better than one of the metal ones.

Horrible, did not bring the right tools nothing fit where the instructions shows, I don’t recommend it

Time consuming to assemble. Apparently mfgr has not heard of hex-head bolts. This is probably an abandon-in-place item if you're going to move. With everything else to do in a move, spending 4 hours to disassemble doesn't seem a good use of time.
