I’ve been looking at this love seat for months! I found an open box deal and saved 400 dollars. The love seat is beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful! The delivery guys brought it into the sunroom. It was wrapped very well ! I put the legs on . The only thing I would have negative to say about this is that the legs are cheep . They are plastic . But if they crack I’m sure I can replace them with wood . The fabric is soft and the couch is very well made . Firm but you can tell will break in perfect. The throw cushions are very heavy! All around a great purchase !

In couple of weeks usage, it started making noise while sitting from frame joints rubbing, loose screws..

The couches are nice. I do feel like both Love Seat and Sofa sink in - I feel like I need to get couch "supports" or "beams" to keep cushions from sinking in. Overall, I love the look.

Love it! Perfect look for us, firmness, support, etc. We bought the couch first, and liked it so much we bought the rest of the set. Our previous set (Savesto) had some kind of down filling and it looks good, but we’re constantly fluffing (every day) and I like something with more support. This one is the perfect support for us. The cushions can be flipped to help even out wear and the covers also come off for easy cleaning. Not sure how well the larger couch will hold up, but we try to sit toward the sides just in case. Don’t want it to sag in the middle over time. The one thing to keep in mind is that the bottom feet had to all be drilled/screwed in. It was kind of a pain, so plan accordingly. Either do it yourself, get some help or pay for the in home setup. Overall, love it. Impressed by the delivery as well.
