The instructions are a bit confusing, material is like a plastic melamine on the surface of the wood. Its okay for a kid but I wouldn't put this in my master bedroom.

I bought 2 of these. One of them went together perfectly but the second one was more difficult as the soft back boards were cut too high & resulted in the drawers being difficult to pull out or slide back in without another drawer having to come out with it. Otheriwse I'd give them a 5 but the unevenness of how the drawers sit because of the manufacturing error. But, I wasn't about to take it all apart & send it back & McGyvered it the best I can. Nobody else but the user would notice. Also the instruction for each one were slightly different for assembly, despite it beig the exact sme item and manufacturer. But they are beautiful and the wood design is eactly the same as the 9 drawer 63" dresser I got by a different brand other than the handles are copper colored not gold on these and gold on the 63" dresser.
