Never fluffed all the way. Flat back and seat cushion. Very loose material due to not fluffing up. Flat back cushion and seat due to not fluffing as it should asking for replacement

Overall, the quality is great and it achieved full size within hours of taking off shrink wrap. It was packaged very well. It is not as firm as I had hoped and you do sink down a little bit. Going to add a lumbar pillow to help with support. My dog, on the other hand, thinks it's the most magnificent pet bed ever!
