Very bad quality, legs broken in first couple of months

Seems when my Granddaughter started putting the futon together the leg was broken and she didn't receive the 3year warranty I do know she has contacted C/Service

It's a pretty couch in person, and the material is very soft. The couch is NOT comfortable; I've had it for a couple of months and am displeased. I will be looking for another couch to fit my needs since I love sitting on it and reading. Please people be honest, I went off the reviews and not pleased.

Surprisingly impressed with this futon. More comfortable and better quality than expected. Color, size and features are exactly as advertised. Would definitely recommend to a friend and would buy again in a heartbeat.
