Very comfortable. Neither too firm or soft with a good spring back when you get up. Lots of storage. I do have one issue with it...it's not a true gray. There is a tinge of blue in it. Also lighter than the picture shows of it being dark gray. So my new gray curtains don't exactly match, neither my gray throw pillows or gray end table. I even ordered a gray/rust/cream colored carpet that's on its way. So it looks like it will be a challenge to get everything to tie together color wise all because this isn't a true dark gray. The couch itself is wonderful it seems but you should hold off on buying a new area carpet and curtains ect until you see it yourself. It looks gray in the picture but I thought I would show you how it's cat approved. Don't worry, sticky paws tape is on it and new scratching pads on the way.

The couch came in four big boxes. My son and I were able to put the whole couch together in under 30 minutes! I love the look and feel of it and my son loves the charging ports on one arm and the fact that there’s pockets on both arms. We haven’t used the storage underneath yet, but plan on using it for blankets and board games. The couch looks like we paid more than we did for it!

Arrived in 4 separate boxes. Incredibly easy to put together. Tons of storage space under the cushions, which I am using for pillows, blankets, a yoga mat, and stuffed animals. Firm but comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful sofa - fast shipping and easy assembly. Comes in 4 separate boxes, and packaged to perfection. Love the color, feel, and looks super high-end and a less price than the big box stores. I recommend.

Electrical outlet stopped working within 2 months of purchase. The cushion storage is great, although they aren’t on hinges as shown. They just sit on top of the base. Overall the couch is comfortable.
