Dwright Solid Wood Writing Desk

If I could give no stars, I would—this desk is terrible!!! After spending hours putting this together (the instructions were the worst), the drill holes on the underside of the desk top were completely misaligned. Not a little misaligned... WAY off. There is no way to attach the top to the base, so I have a topless desk. Additionally, the right side drawer will not go into its rails. After contacting customer service, I've only been offered 15% off the price to keep a desk that does not function as a desk. I've never had an issue with customer service helping before, but 15% off to keep a desk that doesn't work as a desk is just wrong. Really Wayfair?
