Not sure why this has so many high reviews unless I was unlucky and received a dud. Assembly was a huge, 4 hour pain. First, the instructions were poorly done in that they don’t stick to the same graphics in each picture. This resulted in the legs being put on backwards and then I had to unscrew everything with the Allen wrench in a hard to reach spot on 4 legs and re-screw it all together. Second, table was missing several holes for screws that needed to be drilled in order to complete. Don’t buy if you don’t have a drill! Further, the latches on the bottom of the table that are meant to be locked in place do not fully lock because they are not the right size. The table is functional and smooth when opening and closing to store the leaf but not worth the pain, especially if you don’t know how to use a drill or seldom assemble furniture.

This table is great for the money, easy enough to put together. It does feel a little wobbly, but works perfectly for our needs and has extender which is great!

Some of the screw holes did not come pre drilled so that added some time to the overall build. Table looks great, it’s a tad wobbly but nothing terrible. Looks like listing pictures and will work great for us.

A lot better quality than I was expecting. Pretty heavy and solid. The leaf and table separation is flawless. Bonus that the leaf can be stored inside the table compartment when not used.

This table is cool! It wasn't bad at all for one person to assemble it. It's very sturdy and equally attractive. I thought it had 2 extensions but has just one that is fairly large, so I'm sure an eighth person could squeeze in if needed. But for us it's perfect.
