So comfy great product! It gives a very soft and comfy vibe fits perfectly in my small living room! It is firm at first but the more it is used! Comes in a small package with is surprisingly convenient!

I love the firmness of the couch. Although the backing and arms of the chaise wore out slightly after a few months of usage. I think it had more to do with my toddler climbing and sitting on the ledges than it did with normal day to day use. However the firmness of the seating area has not been impacted after months of usage and occasional naps.
