My 5 star rating is based on this being an accent chair versus a “dining chair.” This chair by Ebern Designs is marketed as a “dining chair.” I personally do not like the ideal of upholstered chairs in the dining room. They can get stained easily, be hard to move, and they can just be hot to sit in. However, I did not chose this as a dining room chair…I chose it as a chair to have in our guest room. My thought was to place it near our window next to my plant stand and it is truly perfect. It is comfortable enough to sit and read in without taking up a lot of room. It was shipped quickly and securely. It was easy to assemble – less than 5 minutes with no extra tools needed! It has non-slip feet on the base making it appropriate for any flooring surface. And this chair has a sizable storage area in the base of the chair…perfect for tucking away seasonal linens that one might change out in a bedroom.

This chair exceeded my expectations. The fabric is nice and the color is perfect. They are small so they perfect for petite people or small spaces. The best part is that the seat lifts and provides hidden storage. These don’t come as a set. I bought 2.

We are very happy with this chair. Although we don’t use it as a dining chair, it has a great purpose in our bedroom. It is soft and sturdy and has storage under the seat! Putting this together was super easy as well!
