I love the color. Armrests are very flat. Cushions move around a bit & I have to constantly realign after someone sits on it. It also sits very low & is difficult for older relatives to stand up. Box said storage on left, but I cannot locate any.

Shrink-wrapping is a terrible idea. They should just use extra boxes, instead of ruining the product. I've had it two weeks and it hasn't fully expanded yet. Don't know if it will. I did put the smaller cushions in the dryer, on low 30 min, and that did the trick. Also, needs a better way to stay together and cushions not spreading out so that you're sitting on the base. The arms are useless. However, if I can remedy these issues, it will be a nice couch. I mean, you DO get what you pay for.
