he beanbag itself is bigger than I thought. However there is a defect in the cover that was just DUMB! Who ever was sewing the zipper to the cover just made a huge mistake. They sewed the cover so close to the zipper it was lucky they did not catch any zipper teeth in the stitching. It was that close. As a result the zipper just chewed up the fur and would not budge. I got a set of pliars out to pull as hard as I could. I rubbed the teeth with soap and I only managed to move the zipper a few inches using a seam ripper every half inch to pull out the fur stuck in the zipper. I had the cover on my lap for so long before I gave up I had a chance to really feel the fur and it was fluffier than I expected. It was shiny and wonderful but the fur length was the problem with the zipper. It was sewn so close even a fleece cover would stick.
